We are looking for a creative and engaging Cook who is willing to continuously look for new ways to elevate and expand our culinary offerings. We offer our guests unparalleled setting and service. Job duties include but are not limited to:
Prepare dishes in accordance with recipes and plating requirements.
Be able to work the line as in a fine dining establishment as well as prep banquets at a luxury level.
Understand elevated culinary offerings and parings and be able to execute on those offerings with minimal supervision.
Amend dishes within reason to the guests liking.
Maintain consistency of product produced by the kitchen.
Continuously work to evaluate new offerings for our guests and make changes as needed.
Consistently offer a superior product to our guests to meet and exceed their expectations.
Comply with all HACCP and Safe Serve requirements to ensure food safety.
Maintain proper prep for expected covers during shift.
Maintain and communicate items on check list’s or concerns regarding product on a consistent basis.
Work cohesively with team to ensure an open and approachable work environment.
Operate, maintain and thoroughly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
Full time night shifts, weekend and holidays are mandatory.
