2016 Domaine des Vercheres
Macon, France

A great example of Chardonnay without the makeup. Crisp, clean, green apple notes on the palate
make this a fantastic food pairing wine.

2014 Stag’s Leap Chardonnay
Napa Valley, CA

A medium body, elegant, polished Chardonnay. Tropical fruits on the nose lead to a medium body
palate with hints of oak and yellow fruits.

Included among Mr. Escobar's favorite wines are Rioja, Cabernet Franc, and Pinot Noir, but he's also a fan of lesser-known grapes from around the world. Mr. Escobar, who earned an Advanced Sommelier Certification from London’s Wine & Spirit Education Trust, holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, a master’s degree in Communications, and a culinary degree from Boston University’s Elizabeth Bishop School.
